Return & Refund Policy
If you're not content with your purchase, we'll handle your return or exchange request as long as you get in touch with us within 30 days of the item arriving. After 30 days, requests won't be fulfilled. Contacting us via email ([email protected]) is the best course of action.
Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Requires return in original packaging.
- Returned items without permission won't be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
- Every item needs to be in its original packing, undamaged or unopened, with all tags, and in the same condition as when it was sent. Additionally, you will require the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.
- Customers must utilize a delivery method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.
Costs
- For International returns, your return charge will be deducted from your refund. Using your own method of return, refunds will only be processed once the items have arrived to our warehouse and If your items don't make it back to us, you'll need to open a dispute with the carrier. You may be liable for import and pay a custom duty charge for orders over the customs threshold.
Policies
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them. All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
Sadly, we are unable to accept returns for items that are on sale or for customer-caused damage or loss to the product.
Exchanges
Returning the item you have is the quickest approach to make sure you get what you want. Once the return is accepted, you can buy the new item separately.
General Return Process
- Start the return process: For further information, send us an email at [email protected] provide images and/or videos of the merchandise together with your order number. In little more than three business days, our customer support team will ascertain whether your return request is eligible.
- Return the item: We'll give you the return address and shipping instructions for your parcel if your return is approved. It should be noted that returns of unapproved items will not be accepted. We won't be held accountable for lost returns or exchanges, so we advise you to send your return or exchange using a shipping method that includes a signature and tracking information.
- Return/exchange policy: Upon receipt of your return/exchange, we will examine the item within three to five business days and, if necessary, replace the item or grant a refund.
Order Cancellations
- We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your Paypal payment method within a 2-3 day period.
